Summary

• Delivery to England & Wales is FREE
• We can deliver to Scotland but they are delivery charges applicable, this varies on your location. ( please see bottom of page )
• We DO NOT Deliver to Northen Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Highlands.
• Delivery will be booked in after your order (please allow a few days for this, this varies on location )

Failed Delivery

In the occasion that you miss your delivery after accepting and confirming your delivery date and time slot, you will be liable to pay £100 for re-delivery of your items, the cost can vary up and down depending the size and quantity. 

Small Items

We deliver the majority of our small items by a professional courier who will deliver to your door, we will provide a tracking link after your order has been processed, this will provide an estimated time slot. ( please allow time for the tracking to be updated )

This service is usually the next day with a cut off time of approx 12 pm

Large Items

We deliver our larger items like sofas by using a courier service who specialises in furniture delivery.

• We will book in your delivery via a phone call two days prior to the event.
• You can have the option to instruct the couriers to notify you 30 minute before they arrive
• Ground floor delivery as standard
• Assembly is an optional service included in the premier service.
