Returns & Cancellations

• You have the right to cancel your order for up to 30 days after placing your order and 14 days after receiving your order.
• If you wish to return goods, they must be in suitable protective packaging and not used.
• Assembled items must be un-assembled and placed back in its wrappings and box
• Please do not order multiple sofas to return your dispreferred item
• If you wish to return any goods, please contact us and we will log it on our system and plan accordingly.
• You are liable for the cost of returning the goods at a cost of £100 for large items. e.g. sofas
• Your refund will take place after the goods have been collected and returned back to our warehouse for inspection.
• Your right to return faulty goods is not affected by this policy.
