Swift Resolution: Remedies may include a repair kit, a technician visit, a replacement product, or a refund all at no cost to you.

Customer Notification: All customers who purchased the product are contacted directly.

Action with Regulators: We work closely with manufacturers and safety authorities to ensure full compliance and a free, safe remedy for all affected customers.

To keep your furniture in the best and safest condition, follow these essential care tips:

Follow assembly instructions carefully.

Tighten screws and fixings to the recommended torque.

Place sofas and recliners on flat, stable flooring.
