Our Premier Delivery Service is an optional upgrade available with all sofas. By default, our couriers will deliver your sofa to the ground floor, into the room of your choice, and leave it in the protective packaging.

With Premier Delivery, you get extra care and convenience. Our trained team will:

• Install your new sofa in the room you choose
• Remove all packaging
• Recycle packaging in an eco-friendly way

This service is perfect if you are not confident about setting up your sofa yourself. Some sofas may need extra tools, such as drills or fittings. Our team handles everything, so you don’t need to worry.

Choosing Premier Delivery makes the process stress-free. Your sofa will be ready to use right away, with no mess left behind.

Sofa removal may not be offered in certain coastal regions and parts of northern Scotland. While we usually aim to deliver or remove sofas promptly, please allow up to 15 working days in some cases.
